Waiting on the World to Change

Before he ascended into heaven, Jesus was clear: waiting was (and still is) an essential part of being his disciple, because waiting always precedes a greater experience of God's promise, presence, and power! It's certainly not easy, but while we are waiting on the world to change, God wants to change us in our waiting.
