Burning Hearts and Open Eyes

Even though they had spent so much time with Jesus, the disciples had missed the signs around them. They almost missed out on the presence of the Lord right with them! But Jesus reveals himself in "ordinary" things and places, and that's something the encounter at Emmaus would help his disciples understand.
