Episode 3: Law & Presence

God didn't rescue Israel from Egypt simply so they could do whatever they wanted. He rescued them so they could belong to Him.

At Mount Sinai, God revealed Himself as the holy King who enters into covenant with His people. He gave Israel the Law—not as a way to earn His love, but as a gift to shape a people who had already been redeemed by grace. Even after Israel failed spectacularly by worshiping the golden calf, God remained faithful to His promise.

His glory filled the Tabernacle, and His presence went with His people on their journey.

This week, we explored what it means to follow a God who is both infinitely holy and astonishingly near. True freedom isn't found in self-rule but in joyful surrender to the One who rescues us. And the good news is that God doesn't wait for us to become perfect before He chooses to dwell with us. He walks with us as He transforms us into the people He created us to be.
